Note to self: Don't run when your starving and dehydrated or when you've just done Kettleball! Good job though!

Garmin died halfway through so my time is a guess based on what I have been doing. This heat is getting to be unbearable. Only like three more months until it cools down. Boo.

Girl, you crack me up like no other. I need to download that J'Kwon song... never even heard of it. I'll be back in California at the end of this month. We should go get some adult bevies together and catch up! Though I swore I would only meet people at Fosters. Fosters and I have A LOT of catching up to do!

I LOVE Fosters! Yes! They were painting the inside the other day when i was there, so I bet it is super fancy now. I love working at my mom's office because it is next door and I can pop over regularly for my fav meal... salad burger with the works, fried zucchini, and a special vanilla pepsi with extra vanilla. Nothing like eating 4,000 calories and drinking 8,000 grams of sugar after a nice three-mile jog....

BwAhAAhAAHahaahahaaa... so true, so true. Nothing quite like it at all. So much so, I plan to do JUST THAT when I get back into town. Does Fosters allow sleepovers? Because I'm planning on it. Breakfast. Lunch. And dinner. Trust.

Thanks for your encouraging from my last post, Christie, it's great to see you back on here, taking it one step at a time. Running for 35 minutes without stopping is a HUGE deal, Congrats!!!
