    Sore and blisters just in front of the ball of the foot. Planned 21k, but cut it short due to blisters.

    Forgot the HRM... Weighed in before and after. Conclusion: there and back on bike + 45 min spinning (intervals) = 1.5 litres of sweat lost...

    Running after spinning. Actually better than usual in the legs. Stomach issues immediately after starting, then after 1k it was Ok.

      A, sorry. var skikkelig kjørt i ankelen. Er i utgangspunktet ikke noen skiløper, så jeg tror det blir sekreteriat tjeneste på meg på disse. Men det har jeg til gjenngjeld lyst til.

      løp ikke med to vinflasker innafor jakka denne gangen ;)
      Seriøst: sliten i ankel og fot, nå. Usikker på om jeg kommer opp på maraton distanse med dsse skoa. Hva tror ekspertisen der ute? Er skogsmarathon i vivo sine neo trail innafor rekkevidde til sommeren, eller må jeg krype til korset og skaffe meg noe med mere såle?

      Tror muligens Dagfinn har rett i at det er en form for korrelasjon mellom sko og restitusjonstid . Samtidig gir barfot vrien lav skaderisiko . Tror lettvekt terrengsko gir høyere fart

      Trur heilt klart at det er mogleg for mange av oss å springa maraton i minimalistsko. Men om det er det luraste, tviler eg sterkt på. Eg kjem garantert til å gå for meir tradisjonelle konkurransesko på maraton.
