    Speed rope, kettle bell swing, ab (bicycle) circuit - repeat for 25min. Got over 500 jumps in. I like speed rope. Run around block warm up, 1 min plank cool down.

    Horton Spring, Payson AZ 8 mi

    Ahhh-mazing way to break from the Phoenix heat. Nice enough incline for your legs to burn and beautiful creek you hike along to a waterfall! So cool.

    2.5 run @ 10:20 average pace. Last .5m was sets of 50 high knee kicks followed by sprints, then more sprints.

    4 workouts this week. Getting back on track and feeling awesome.

      I love this. I love you. I hope your first half was an experience to remember. I am truly sorry about Ernie though. I know you loved that fat cat! (I say that lovingly.)       Nice job! You were out there, you stuck with it even in pain and with an annoying fellow runner for part of it (In long races it is very frustrating to have someone like that near you!). And you finished very close to your goal. Excellent!

      Every long run is a mental challenge, and I am so proud of you for your accomplishment!!!! In fact, I couldn't be prouder. I can still remember running 6.1 with you back in Dec 2010....who would have ever thought we would get to the running point where we are today. Way to go girl and a big CONGRATULATIONS!!!! XO
