6 Miles Hills - Sauc 5 - Hills. I ran 'em. Some more foot tingling/numbness, but no walking this time (other than the turn-arounds - too tough on my pegs). Tendons sore, muscles weak and tired, AND I rolled my left ankle off the pavement just before 1.5 miles, but luckily I seem to have avoided damage (though not without a LOT of swearing). F U, Hills. Nice to know I still love to hate them. Managed a negative split, too.
