6 Hills - Sauc 5 - Nice amount of rain, cool breeze, one false start (forgot Garmin at home), and had to walk about a quarter mile. Nice run. Also heard kate Bush's "Running Up That Hill" on my way back out after getting my watch. Secodn time up the NEHOD, my feet - especially my left- got that weird tingling numbness I'd picked up a few times in teh spring. I think it's related to the fact I was running on the shoulder a lot for that stretch instead of the asphalt, but I don't know for sure. So after that turn-around, i walked a bit to 'reset' my legs/feet. Thus, no negative split. Ah well. First hill workout in a LONG time, so I'll take it.

Nice job, Mark. Hope you get that foot weirdness sorted out... numbness is better than pain, anyway!

Thanks, ladies. I'm still easing into this training plan. If I'm still struggling next week, I'm going to back it down to a Higdon Novice plan, methinks. Not worth the risk trying to 'gut this out' after my ILThon disaster.
