Easy 4 - Sauc 4 - 4 mile run turned into 3.5 plus a cool-down half, though there was nothing 'cool' about it. I got started about a half hour too late. Was 70 when I left the house, 77 when I got back. Ah well. I still consider myself ramping up and was listening to my legs which were NOT happy, so I shut-er-down. We'll see how tomorrow's hilly 6 goes . . . . Also, I KNEW better than to run in the old shoes, but I wanted to save the new shoes for tomorrow's. Hmmm.
