Sauc 3 - "Let it go, let yourself go. Slow and low, that is the tempo." Can't wait until I can call these "Easy" and say I felt "Good" or "Great" again. Right now, I'm just grinding them out. Really wish I was feeling better than this with training officially starting next Tuesday. Oh well, all I can do it give it a shot and back it down if things actually start to HURT.

Had a little rain for the first third, then it let up. Got too warm w/ 2 shirts on - nice run other than the legs being sore.
