7xYasso800s @ 3:45 - Sauc 2 - HOLY MOTHER OF PEARL, I DID IT! I missed #5 by 1.6 seconds and #6 was a few hundredths over, but other rounds were a few seconds under, so I'll take it. I honestly could not have pushed these any harder. I adjusted the course once to avoid the uphill on #5 and I think changing to an unknown goal is what made me go over - I didn't dig in soon enough when I started lagging. Tough TOUGH workout. I had serious doubts about completing theses at this pace, but there they are. Boom goes the dynamite.

Great job!!

Yassos are such a hard workout, but give you such a feeling of accomplishment when you're done. NICELY DONE!

Great job! Never done a Yasso workout - but to my memory this indicates you're aiming for a 3:45 marathon??

Thank you, all. Always amazing how yesterday can suck so hard and today can go great (or vice versa). I'm STILL on a high from these, and my legs have felt pretty good all day.
Jordan, that's the idea. I did a bit of a write-up with a Garmin twist here: http://ratula.net/eblo/archives/000478.html
That said, I'm running with a buddy in my next race and the common goal is 3:55. The 3:45 Yassos just give me extra cushion/confidence.
