Progressive w/ Barefoot Finish

Progressive run - 8:24 - 7:56 - 6:59 - 6:09 (final 0.66). First 3.15 in Hattoris, last half mile was barefoot at about 6:30 pace and it felt great. Smoothest run I've had in awhile, funny how that happens after my hardest training week in months. I think I run better when I run more!
