Downloaded several new podcast eps on barefoot running and hit the road for 6 miles in VFF's. Beautifully dry and snowless night out there, very peaceful - this has been a phenomenal winter for running here in NH!

about 1 month agoSame here in Chicago, first winter I have done most of my runs outside. (I'm a fair weather runner and not proud of it)
