Three mile warmup then 4x400 at 95% effort with 1600 easy between each rep. Ran the 400's in 70sec, 72, 73, 72. Almost puked on the last one, guess that's a sign of a good workout. Thanks Caleb M., this was a deceptively brutal workout, but I enjoyed it! Puma Faas 500 on the feet.
