Ran 6x800m intervals at lap paces of 6:18-5:54-5:53-5:56-5:53-5:53. Like the consistency! Didn't have time for the full 11 on the schedule due to work, so did the meat and cut off chunks of the warmup and cooldown, and shortened rest intervals. Felt much better today than I have for the past few days.
