Best run in a long time, huge confidence boost! Ran 2.5 miles warmup, then 4 x 1.25 mile intervals on the track (split paces = 6:35 - 6:34 - 6:31 - 6:29 min/mile ) with 400m rest in between. Interval pace felt surprisingly comfortable, didn't really push too hard, and had enough in the tank to make the last my fastest of the four. Finished with an extended barefoot cooldown on the infield grass. Saucony Grid Type A5 on the feet - love them, going a half size up was key.

Rawr, that's some good stuff. Solid training session!

Interval pacing is tough if you switch the distances from week to week. Glad to see you were both consistent AND finished strong. Nice job Peter!
