I think I saw Fabio riding a bike today on my run - I may or may not have been hallucinating. Poor hydration, poor fueling, and hot weather made for a tough one, but I knocked it out on-pace. 2 miles warmup, 3x3km progressive intervals at 7:23, 7:01, and 6:50 pace with 3 minute jogs in between, then about 1.5 miles cool down. Was supposed to do 11, but would have made me late getting home for wife to get to yoga class - not wise. Saucony Grid Type A5 on the feet for first time, much improved over the A4's!

Good job hitting the splits. Interesting that the A5's are an improvement in your mind...I love the A4's!

More good feedback on the A5's. Would you suggest them over the Brooks Mach 14? Thoughts on both?

Haven't tried my A5s yet; still finishing off my last pair of A4s at the moment. Nice DD run today, Pete. Great progressives!

Great work out especially in the heat with poor hydration.

Fabio? Here's hoping to better hydration, or at least better hallucinations in the future! Nice run.
