Taekwondo
First Taekwondo class in two weeks due to vacation - pushed the speed work to tomorrow to accommodate. Tumbling, Poomse, and lots of spinning kick practice. Also some killer sets of alternating leg hopping roundhouse kicks.



Excellent workout post vacay.
