Took most of the week off while on vacation, back with the hard training today. Two miles warmup, then 2x 2miles at roughly 6:50 pace and 1x1mile at 6:36 pace.Cooled down to 10.24 total. First run in the Adidas Adipure Gazelle - super comfy shoe, good for speed.
