I had about 20 minutes to get a run in at the end of the workday today - usually I would have bagged it, but decided fast 2 miles was better than none, or even 3-4 at a much slower pace. Trying to force myself out of the mindset that mileage is all that matters since I'm not doing a Spring marathon this year - on with the speedwork!
