Kept chanting, "the mind gives up before the body. the mind gives up before the body". I'z did good on my journey. but ran out of steam. Need my carbs! Paleo is not runner friendly.

    agreed! a nutritionist once told me your brain needs 35 g carbs to function properly. i try to load my carbs (not overload) on the front part of my day (pre-run) or else my brain gives up STAT.
