    I was on fire today (faster pace). only a minute behind on target pace with no sign of getting tired. Yay! 8 miles up for tomorrow. We'll throw some running in with that one.

      very good post. For this upcoming Half Marathon, I have been doing a lot of training runs that push me far out of my comfort zone. You have to do it to get better. It pays dividends as well in the future.
