    Oh Level 2 is so much more tolerable than level 1.. Though I'm not sure after a few days if I'll feel the same way.

      I liked it better than level one, too... So many planks, though! Level three is definitely my favorite.

      I haven't attempted Level 3 yet, figured I would mix 1 and 2 together for a week before I venture out that way :)

      Good idea! I occasionally do one and three now on the same day. I'll probably start doing two and three together soon.

      My goal is to add these two my current workouts, but last week I did zilch, so I promised myself that, at the very minimum, I would do 20 minutes. So I figure ill start with these 1x...

    Felt awesome. Need to see about either getting more dumbbells (which I hate to waste $$ on) or a faster way to add/drop weight on the ones I have....

  14. I didn't realize how hard I worked in yesterday's workout until I reached up today to shampoo my hair. YIKES! My arms and shoulders are DEAD today. Feels great :-)
