      Thanks!... i don't know what it is, is making me very upset, i have two 5ks schedule this month and then a half marathon June 2nd.. it have to get better!!, will run the 5k Friday with my old shoes, just in case, to see if it feels different and the problem is the shoes...will see

    Perfect weather for my first run since my first full, at first legs were heavy after a whole week resting,and new shoes.... after first mile was much better... need to get use to my new shoes.

    I haven't run since my first marathon last Sunday, I want to run, but my legs aren't cooperating :( , all i have been doing is walking ,will give a try again tomorrow...

      Way to go on completing 1st mary --- awesome accomplishment. The legs will come around. Give them some rest. Maybe cycle or swim for awhile.

    Very excited i ran my first full marathon, i cramped since Mile 18, but was able to stretch and take walk breaks.. when i saw the finish line couldn't stop crying. I did it!!
