great TM run after weight to get more cardio 1.69 mi 00:20 11:50 pace

Pretty pleased w/this after the weights. Did .5 miles at 12mm, then walked just a bit to check HR and then kept it at 11:34 mm for the remainder. Felt the best overall with this one. Now to start building back up. Didn't have any more time as had to pick up Landen.
