Marie , tried the Arc trainer for the first time after my run. Didn't know how to adjust. It was set on Level 15 and I just starte. It was tough especially after the run. But had some serious calorie burning today. Happy trails.

You know I love my ARC trainer! And it starts up at resistance level 15 (goes from 1-100). Also the incline starts up at 6%. The hill workouts are killer!
