Quads a little tight from hill workout yesterday. Thought this would be a recovery type run but the legs had another plan. Wanted to do at least 3 or 4 but felt so good wanted to go for a 10k. Got into mile 5 and left knee whispered. Decided to listen and finish with that. DND. splits were nice and progressive 11;13, 10:59, 10:48, 10:37, 10:19, and 9:13 for .18mile. Recovery spin tomorrow and VIFL 14K Sat. I owe Maggie H. 15 minutes of core later. Happy Friday Eve!
