Long day at work. Legs were heavy, felt like I was trudging thru mud the 1st mile or so. Tough head wind but beautiful sunny skies and 63'. Started finding my groove mile 3 and finished strong on 4. Will take it. Splits 12:06,11:34, 10:56, 10:03. Gotta go get the boy, get some homework done, get to basketball practice, then dinner and him a bath. All before 8 o'clock, hum. Let's go! Catch up later
