Had to hurry out the door and knock down some miles in some windy conditions thought he sun was shining after all the rain we had earlier. Just went out fast(for me) and tried to hang on for 3 miles. No progressive but still fast time for 3 miles. Splits 9:42, 9:44, 10:01.(29:32) I was dying by then. Oh well, May be the fastest 3 miles I've done. Should've kept going to get the 5K dangit. At least I know its possible to break the 30 minute barrier. Happy trails
