    Not bad day on the course , finally some guys let us through because they were so slow and so bad. One guy says we have been humbled byn3 ladies walking. Then we kicked ass, just saying.

    Nice day out. Walked the first nine by myself behind two slower men. So I hit extra balls and took the long way to get to next hole. Then my friend Bunni joined me for the back. Happy trails.

    Nice day on the course. Only got rained on a couple of times and it actually felt good. Golf game improving slowly. Fun time with the ladies. Happy trails.

      Rain...oh you are so lucky to have it, my friend. Here in the west we would kill for inclement weather so we can shower longer, water our lawns when we want, wash our cars and not have to ask for water in restaurants. These are all tiny inconveniences compared to those who live off the land. Just wait till you see the price of produce coming your way!

    Mixed bag of tricks. Some KB work, lunges, squats with DB's, bis and tris, donkey kicks, bridges, clams, leg flutters, crossovers, 10 pushups, back cat stretch. That about covers it.

    Pretty out today. Walked 3 miles then threw in 2 400's in the 4th mile. the zero is zapped. Hopefully get some weight in this afternoon. Happy trails.

    Forget to post squat challenges, day 6 was 25, day 7 was 50, day 8 was 75, and today was 100. Quads and hammis are sore from hard work yesterday. Rest day on squats tomorrow.
