    Got out after workout and plugged in the new Van Halen CD into my Ipod and got in nice 5 miler before work.

    Taught TRX at 5:45, did a little with them and then got out the resistance bands, Rip trainer and kettlebell out for full body workout. Wrist is still sore so can but a lot of pressure on it.
