    Got done with Client and hit Mt. Trashmore for a few miles. Great weather

    went out with the kids on our long boards and did about three miles on them. So excited to get my push stick to use with my board. Think SUP with a skateboard, good upper body workout.

    400 warmup, 25x18 chase, went swiming with coach, I had about 1/4 length lead and had to not get caught. Only got caught 2 times

    Workout was 1 mile warmup, 3 x1600 with 2 mins rest and a cool down. Always fun to run with Theresa
