good MT:Wk 6: Long Run 9.03 mi 01:35 10:29 pace

1 mile shy of my scheduled 10 miler. Half half was really good, kept a decent pace all the way till about mile 5, coming back was super hilly. New route and wasnt expecting it plus my music died. Tryna focus on my breathing that last 3 miles with no music was harder than expected. Oh well, another long run under my belt. Happy Sunday DM!

    Nice job getting the miles in Nti! It is hard to run without music when you are so used to it. I just try to zone out and let my mind wander where it may and somehow the miles go by.
