    Really slow today...left hip was giving me grief about half way through it but just sucked it up and kept going. Went with my lab and he had nooo problem! Beautiful run, mainly on back country roads.

      Good job Norina. Based on your pace I'm sure you could do a marathon. The training is tough but the end result is so worth it. Good luck and let us know wht marathon you decide to do so we can be cheering online for you!

    No idea how many yards...but I did do 40 lengths in about 35minutes. It was mainly Breast stroke but on the 10th length I would do my front crawl.My weak stroke believe me!. So felt pretty good.

    Felt good. Did a couple of wind sprints. Still have to take it easy. Hip getting better but still aches.

  12. Sooo I really really need to start a weight type program. Want to have popey arms(jk). But need to do something. Any suggestions out there.?

      I want popeye arms too!!! I have a workout that my PT gave me, but not completely just arms. If you look at my profile you will see the workout I did on Tuesday. Let me know if you find anything good!

      Apparently really sleepy when I do this. I think I even looked at this twice. Or is that just wishful thinking?? That should say 40 minutes. I was looking at my pace.
