      I think I'm all loaded up on antihistamines now and I didn't have a sneezing problem afterward like I've been having. The medication made me a little draggy though.

    Walked 2 minutes to warm up. Run 10 minutes, walk 2 min., run 3. 5-min cool down walk.

    30-minute warmup on the mill, then chest, shoulders, tris. Went up on all the weights except the lateral/front raises.

    A little more running, a little less walking. Getting a bit better.

    5 minute warm-up walk, run 2 minutes, walk 2 minutes for 35 minutes, 5 minute cool-down. It will be interesting to see how I do on the April 9 5K. I feel like I've never ran in my life!

    Oh how happy I was when it started raining! I was so hot, it was a welcome relief. As an added little bonus, on the final stretch down my driveway, I got to see a rainbow.

      I missed you. I didn't do a good job holding a steady pace. Run fast, walk. Run fast walk. Not a good zone 2 run, it was more like intervals.

      Jamie, I was so happy about it when I got done. I was wanting so bad to ease up on the last one, but I pushed through. Big breakthrough for me! I found out I would actually die. LOL
