    Great class - we worked hard! I can't believe how much stronger I feel than the first time I attended this class. Lots of hill climbs and sprints, along with some great work with weights.

    4.6 for 8 minutes, 6 for 1 minute, walk 1 minute, repeat 6 times was the plan. I thought it would be easier than it was. The last 2 walk breaks may have been a little longer than a minute...
