    Oh how happy I was when it started raining! I was so hot, it was a welcome relief. As an added little bonus, on the final stretch down my driveway, I got to see a rainbow.

      I missed you. I didn't do a good job holding a steady pace. Run fast, walk. Run fast walk. Not a good zone 2 run, it was more like intervals.

      Jamie, I was so happy about it when I got done. I was wanting so bad to ease up on the last one, but I pushed through. Big breakthrough for me! I found out I would actually die. LOL

      I've had some knee pain in the quad tendons that hook on above the knee cap. Just the beginnings of tendonitis - I've had it before, but I caught it early this time. I'm getting wiser. It's "common in older or overweight runners" according to webmd. LOL I think it's mostly from running on the side of my road where it slants. I'm going to stop wearing my headphones and run down the middle from now on.
