      Great job!! I hate that one workout on the schedule that you think about for weeks. I'm usually beat mentally by the time I do it. So good for you not letting it beat you

      I thought the weather was awesome! Just the right amount of wind, but enough heat/humidity to sweat (I'm slow so it takes a bit for me to sweat and I was pretty drenched, but LOVED it) I love that you stayed up with Melissa and sister! That is AWESOME!!!

    Zone 2 with 3-minute surges every 20 minutes. I did well on keeping my heart rate steady in zone 2 without walking and actually enjoyed the surges. I really felt pretty good.
