    This was a good day. Started out cool and got warmer so weather was perfect. My fastest average over this distance and had some wonderful people to ride with.

    I am happy!!! I have finally done the 3 gaps ride and it was haaaaarrd but awesome! Went with a group of amazing girls, three of us being 3 Gaps first timers, so had an overall awesome day :)

    This was a good fun ride, though no matter where we turned we seemed to be going the wrong way. Consequently a few more miles that originally planned but when is that ever a problem :)

    This was my first run since the Publix Half Marathon on Sunday.......everything still hurts, but worked out some soreness and did 20 minutes of stretching :)
