This was a good day. Started out cool and got warmer so weather was perfect. My fastest average over this distance and had some wonderful people to ride with.

  9. VELO
    good Kirkwood to Stone Mountain & ... 43.08 mi 03:31 12.2mph pace

This was a good fun ride, though no matter where we turned we seemed to be going the wrong way. Consequently a few more miles that originally planned but when is that ever a problem :)

  10. RUN
    good Treadmill 1.4 mi 00:15:00 10:42 pace

Another run to work out soreness, feeling a lot better. Concentrating on keeping steps to 180 per minute. Doing this apparently promotes good form and helps reduce the incidence of injury. Lets ... read more

great Publix Georgia Half Marathon ... 13.1 mi 02:44 12:29 pace

I had a great day! The time doesn't reflect the race for me; I had to stop for a comfort break and chose the wrong one to stop at, but having committed to the stop, stayed, and it took about ... read more
