    Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred, Levels 2+3... first time doing Level 3... I know I'll be sore tomorrow. Her workouts kick my butt, I guess because I don't normally push that hard.

    Ugh, I sweated a ton... this felt hard only because I was treadmilling it indoors (so hot!). Knee held up okay after only initial strangeness.
