Longest run yet this year, felt pretty decent throughout but the heat was energy sapping. The distances and weather are getting to a point where I think i'll have to start considering hydratio... read more

Tired and sweaty run. The second half of it was just this side of the word "blah". Long and very busy days lately have left me pretty sapped energy-wise by the time I get to my weekday ru... read more

Felt decent overall, sans nagging right foot/MTP aches. I was tired towards the end of this run. I suppose that makes sense.

  15. RUN
    blah out 1 mi 00:08:15 08:15 pace

Right calf still has alot of delayed onset muscle soreness in it, made it for a hobbly feeling jog. Its funny how much extra strain gas peddling can place on an all ready taxed calf.
