    Gentle ride to see how my hip felt after lots of stretching last night and today in work. Still a bit irritated but feeling looser than last night and more of a dull ache than a focused pain.

      Just a little topple off his bike just outside the house. He landed heavily on his elbow and bruised his hip a little but he's fine. Lovely to have him here - just me and him here at the mo.

      That's how I felt with the HED Ardennes when I switched from the Fulcrums. it was only when I went down a few descents in the Vercors and Alps that I released they were just as stiff but much more comfortable.

      A very speedy ride Allen. I've got to agree with Soph, though. Last thing you need is passing out at 20+ mph! No auto pilot on Cervelo's last I checked.

    Nice recovery ride although it was a little harder than I would have liked into the wind to start off with. Was rewarded on the way home with a nice tailwind.

    And it poured down in the final hour

      Another strong week of riding Allen. It looks like you'll take the trophy this week for the most miles (at least amongst my DM friends) just narrowly beating me. I'd love to go out for a ride and try to maybe top 300 miles but alas I have stay in today and finish a proposal for work :-(
