Felt great for the first 14 miles. The last 3 miles were tough. Temps in the 80s did not help and I ended up walking part of the last 2 miles. I started questioning why I was putting myself through this and wondering if I should forget about doing the full and focus on a half. I talked to some people after the run who felt the same way about the last couple of miles which made me feel better. I know towards the end it's always a mental battle. I just need to keep going and running through it to reach my goals!

That's really warm! The last few miles of a 20 are always a challenge. But you did it!

Great job! They say the race begins at mile 20 for a reason. Keep putting one foot in front of the other, and the finish line will appear!

You have plenty to time to build up your endurance...they never said it would be easy, but it is worth it! Keep up the good work and find a mantra to take your mind off the negative thoughts that try to take over!
