    Treadmill 2.5 mi 00:25 10:05 pace

I've been running on the treadmill because it's too dark and cold in the mornings. Starting to get used to it but I still don't love it.

I loved this run when I was with the RnR program. That downhill near Scripps Pier is as intense as the uphill in Torrey Pines. Nice job completing both (and without your Garmin).
