Shoe pattern... I think I scuff too much. Probably has something to do with my foot bothering me - these only have somewhere around 70 miles on them! Granted they are racing flats, so they aren't as durable, but still!

    Yeah, lots of scuffing there! Either overstriding with a forefoot strike or too much twisting during ground contact.

    Yeah definitely over-striding with a forefoot strike. I had no clue I was doing it until I looked at a video. Most of the wear was before I figured out I was doing it... As soon as I relaxed my hips and tried to lift instead of... well... slide (???) the knee stopped hurting, but I'm still trying to get the hang of it all... I also don't pull my legs up fast enough (according to Pose). All sorts of issues present on the bottoms of my shoes!!!
