Thanks for the input! I don't know if I'd have discipline for ONLY three days, but I really like the idea of less (3-4 days). Takes some of the expectation off to feel like I'm being lazy if something is twinging. I'm just glad the weather is better so I can finally get back outside with my bicycle to cross train with :)
