      Great seeing fly by us the other direction. Nice Hermes race last weekend Nils. Looks like someone's ready for Rite-Aid. I'm just starting my training.

    Well thanks to my son Colin who inspired me to have such a great workout. He ran a PR in his he track meet in the 400. Thanks Colin really pushed me today. Love you :-)
