    Great cool morning to run! Should have eaten something before I left!

    Led the group for the scheduled miles then Diva'd up and ran the Diva Dash with Kaity! Focused on negative splits for yhe 5k!

    Ran with Bo while Kaity was a cross country. Down to Division back through mainstreet up the big hill and to the cemetery then a loop around the block. Finished th last mile with Kaity.
