Dewpoint of 70 made me a sweaty mess. I sweat a TON anyway, but I was shloshing by the end of this run. Tired of the humidity. Garmin took the day off.

I have never heard about it but just read up on it a bit. Did they check your heart at all?

I definitely have Mobitz type 1 (Wenkebach). It has shown up on a Holter EKG and an EKG I had in the emergency room the other night. I am not sure how long it has been around, but I don't think it has ever been symptomatic. I am definitely noticing symptoms now, though and am planning on not running for a week to see if total rest will help. I will have a stress test and possibly another echocardiogram done (had an echo last fall).
