great Strength Training 01:00

The Fitness Room at the SERF is a great place to do some isolated muscle training. I did triceps, biceps, shoulders, lats, quads, hamstrings, squats, abs and 5 minutes on the rowing machine. I also made sure to stretch out super well keep those muscles flexible.
