      No worries...we all have 'bad' runs (not exactly accurate 'cause even a 'bad' run is better than no run), but you'll rebound. All miles are good miles. Chin put in good work today!

    Got a late start this morning so had to run at the park close to home. 73 degrees and cloudy made for an enjoyable run. Had to ice the knee when I got home, but all in all it was a good run :)

    First day back to running and it was miserable. Walked every other mile and found the brace to feel odd when running. Staying positive:)

  14. So good news from the orthopedic. A little physical therapy and a knee brace and I am good to continue training :) This girl is all smiles today!
