    Doing great. Bumped it up a few times into running again. 4.0, 4.5, 5.0 and 5.5. Though I only did 5.0 and 5.5 for 10 secs it was great! I feel my body getting stronger day by day.

      Dj and I doing Yoga is a hilarious site to See. I can't balance on my tip toes, put my let behind my ear or any of that jazz. So good job for tryin! :)
