WARM-UP
We arrived a little late & missed the run. Combo move of samson lunge, spiderman, walking supermans, knee holds that felt like forever to do and get to the other side of the gym. Then some lateral bear crawls, and a variety of squats.

STRENGTH&SKILL
20 minutes, Gymnastics Goat Work
I'm limited in what gymnastic stuff I can do so I kept it to dips, pullups, pushups, L-sits, and just some long squat holds.

Pullups (red&blue band) 5
Pushups (raised on a bar) 6
Knee tucks 10
Air Squats 10

I like Tabatas, tough, burning, but fun. My pullups started with 7 strict, then ended in sloppy 5 kipping. Could have used more chalk, but just not enough time to get some.
Pretty consistent on the pushups and the knee tucks. The squats just burned. I started at 15 which I knew I couldn't keep up, but was just curious how many I could do in 20 sec, kept it at 12 until the last 2 rounds.
