Afternoon lifting in the Whoop-ass Laboratory. It's nice to not be completely sapped and sick by heat & humidity. Though I'm a bit on the swollen side with my shoes feeling a tad tight today.
Deadlifts weren't so much heavy as they were uncomfortable. I need a wider stance to pick up the barbell and my baby belly was pressing on my stomach in a not so fun way. blech.
I went light on the baby grace since I'm feeling a bit uncomfortable. My form could have been better on these too. Getting around the belly requires a bit more restraint of power and movement than a flat belly. At 34 weeks today, I probably will get my belly back sooner than later.
