20 Minutes to find 1RM Weighted Pull-up and 1RM Weighted Ring Dip : red band for both pull-ups & dips
This was mostly to see how much I've lost, which is very frustrating. I couldn't even do more than 1 pull-up on the red band, I used to be able to at least get 7 or so. I tried unassisted ring dips, but I couldn't get FROM, though I could do several with the red band. It wasn't that long ago, about 10# or so, that I could get unassisted dips.

It was a super full class and space was at a minimum. I'm a little tired from poor sleep and being pretty sick all week from the heat. I got through the HPS faster than I thought I would, and wish I had increased the weight more. I can't run at all, and rowing is getting harder. The belly makes it awkward when pulling in and unfortunately going to fast is a little uncomfortable too.
Today is just not a firebreather day.
