Pushups (on the safety bar) 10x10
It's a hot one again today, so I'm keeping it slow. Started with a slow 1 mile walk with the pups, then a little mobility. I did mobility and pushups inbetween the heavy lifting.
Went up 5# comfortably with the squats, with the 5th rep still a challenge.
Presses were crappy today. Normally I can at least do 55#, but I'm still a little sore in the shoulders and back from snatches and I suppose from yesterday's workout. Someday I'd like to use the big plates on the presses.
I haven't done weighted good mornings in years, so I kept it lighter and worked on form while working around the belly.
