Deadlift 5x5, 145#
Pullups 5x5, red &blue bands
BB Row 5x5, 75#
Knee tucks 5x5, 12.5#
Pull day. One of those not feeling terrible strong days. I feel extra heavy on the pullups, even though I haven't gained much or any weight in weeks (yet my belly keeps growing.)
Tried a new thing and added weight to the knee lifts. Definitely made it harder and it wasn't even a very heavy dumbbell.
Took a lot of time between sets.

Had to break more than I usually do on those deadlifts. I did pushups on the safety rails of the power cage- very belly friendly.
